Gly and Laura with / in Abandoned and Forgotten Places?

 My brother and I are fans of the YouTube channel Abandoned and Forgotten Places. We like to watch their videos on Wednesdays and Saturdays. They go to places / mines that we would never go to since we don't have their experience and we would not know how to explore them safely. 


We are fans of their YouTube channel - Abandoned and Forgotten Places. We explore the mines through them.

We also like to support them via their eBay page. It is named hidden.treasures.abound. I have found their page doesn't always come up when I type it in but it works when I go to their YouTube page and click on their link. I hope this link works.

equipment for exploring the mines and to help repair their
vehicle - Old Bob (which is really needing to be repaired and 
gives viewers a chance to be part of the exploration efforts
[at least that is why I bid on these items. I cannot afford much
but I don't mind being outbid - especially if it means them 
getting funds to keep exploring]).

Tortola - Fantasy Banknotes

  Currently I am into fantasy banknotes; especially ones with a picture of Queen Elizabeth the 2nd on them (it would be neat to see some with Lady Di on them but have not found them, yet). I found these on eBay with the search words ' fantasy banknotes ' (some of them were kind of 'revealing').  This one is Tortola . I thought it was made up but it seems it does exist. I don't know if they have their own banknotes but it would be cool if they looked like these. I think these look and feel like current European banknotes. I think they are really well done. Book On George Washington Carver By Tonya Bolden

          I found a book on the life of George Washington Carver  (Wikipedia link). It was not overly detailed but it does talk about his life and accomplishments. I think there are some really nice illustrations and photos in it.           I think it is great for those who want to learn about George Washington Carver but might not have a lot of time to read about him or just have a passing interest in him.           It was an easy read and it was also informative. It could lead someone to read more about him. I have an ebook on him that has more details about his life (subject of another post / blog).          I found it at the Thriftbooks (they have a lot of books at great prices) for a great price (not many left at the site - just click on the link). They have other books  (link on a search using his name) on him too.  Even the back of it is really nice. It has a photo of George Washington Carver.          One can also get it at Amazon  (Amazon link). They have a pretty good price

Barbuda - Fantasy Banknotes

  I think that I might have gotten carried away; especially on fantasy banknotes that have a picture of Queen Elizabeth the 2nd on them. I have found some like this on eBay .  One of these are the Barbuda fantasy banknotes. I think they are really cool looking and look so real; like European ones that they have now. I thought it was a place that didn't exist but it seems that it does; Barbuda . I do not know if they have their own money but it would be cool if it looked like this.  I think it looks really neat. I like how it has a picture of Queen Elizabeth the 2nd on them. It is one of the reasons I got them. I think this is the front of them.  I believe this is the bank of them. It feels like the current banknotes from Europe.  I got them from eBay using the search words ' fantasy banknotes '.
