 I have been going to this Christmas Tree Bonfire. It has been held at the Pierce Little Farm in Newbury MA.   It is really nice. There are different vendors there; some food. There is a DJ playing music. There was a hay ride too.  One year it was nice out but usually it is very cold. I am glad I dressed warm for the event. I would rather be too warm than not warm enough.  This was January 18, 2020 (IIRC on the date).  It was toasty warm near the bonfire.  Here I am near the bonfire. I am facing away from the bonfire so I can take a selfie with it but also since it was a little too warm for my face but okay for my back. This is the United States Botanical Gardens in Washington DC. My brother and I toured it. It was free to go in. Unfortunately there were a couple of areas that was closed but most of it was open. It was really neat going through it. I took photos. The photos are posted below.  It was rainy out and it was nice to get out of the rain. It had been snowing - which is why one of the museums we went to had closed early. There was a lot of different climates represented in the green house. It was neat going from one climate zone to another.  This is the entrance.  This is the hallway that led to the different parts. Here is another part of the hallway. It seemed there was a photo shoot doing on while we were at the gardens.  I think this was an orchid. It is beautiful.  I really liked this water feature. It looked nice. I think this guy was neat.  Tho...
